General Rules
• Booking time includes set-up and breakdown — please plan accordingly.
• No smoking or vaping inside the space.
• Outside catering is allowed with prior approval.
• Keep music and noise at a reasonable level unless otherwise agreed.
• No glitter, confetti, or open flames without written consent.
• All guests must vacate the space by the end of the reserved time.
• Furniture and décor must be returned to their original positions.
• Respect neighboring tenants and spaces within the building.

Event Rules
• Alcohol service permitted for private events only (21+).
• Security or staff may be required for events over 50 guests.
• Open flame, fog machines, or pyrotechnics are not allowed without prior clearance.
• Venue capacity limits must be observed at all times.

Production Rules
• Load-in and load-out must be supervised by crew or site rep.
• Please use mats or floor protection for heavy equipment.
• No drilling, nails, or paint on walls or structures without permission.
• All trash, props, and gear must be removed at wrap.

Cleaning & Damages
• Renter is responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, or furnishings during use.
• All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins before departure.

Overtime & Extensions
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5x the hourly rate.
• Extensions must be requested at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end time.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
