Design: The room displays unfinished industrial finishes: bare concrete floors, weathered brick and visible steelwork beneath high exposed joists. The lighting is utilitarian overhead fixtures inside a wide, open-plan volume punctuated by structural columns.
Features: Wi‑Fi is available onsite. A step‑free guest entrance and accessible toilets are provided. Own music is allowed and hosts may bring their own DJ; the main floor functions as an open area suitable for a dance floor, and multiple power outlets and overhead fixtures support lighting and sound.

An onsite rep is required to be on-site for the duration of your event and their hourly fee will be applied to your booking.
Events extending beyond booked hours will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, including for site-rep and security fees
Load in and Load out must occur within your booked time, including removal of rental equipment.
Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of $1000 per day. This surcharge is due additional foot traffic, wear & tear, and EQ associated with shoots.
