An onsite rep is required to be on-site for the duration of your event and their hourly fee will be applied to your booking.
Events extending beyond booked hours will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, including for site-rep and security fees
Load in and Load out must occur within your booked time, including removal of rental equipment.
Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of $1000 per day. This surcharge is due additional foot traffic, wear & tear, and EQ associated with shoots.

Massive Flexible Event Space located in East Brooklyn is providing almost 15,500 square feet of indoor area, 4,000 square feet of outside area, and the possibility for all kinds of events such as photography and filming, corporate workshops, and even conventions to be held in different parts of the venue.
The ground level includes a 16 ft high ceiling area and a bar that is fully stocked and functioning. A stairway leads to an equally large office space on the second floor with the ceiling being lowered and cubicles being constructed. The venue is run by the nonprofit organization Queer Nightlife Community Center.
