Designed with high-end finishes and oversized windows, this 4,750 sq ft corner townhouse on South 4th & Wythe offers a luxury aesthetic for commercial shoots, fashion campaigns and video projects. Gut-renovated in 2025 in a quiet, light palette: pale white-brushed oak floors, white steel stairs, triple exposure. Development and design by House of Shila.

Photo, film and video production only. Not permitted: parties, events, dinners, overnight stays, smoking indoors, open flame, confetti, pets, smoke machines.
- Certificate of insurance (COI) naming us as Additional Insured required before the booking start.
- Signed venue agreement required before access (sent with your quote). Refundable damage deposit, released within 10 business days after wrap.
- A member of our team meets you for check-in and stays reachable on site.
- Setup and breakdown are included within your booked hours. Overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.
- Furniture may be repositioned within a room and must be returned to its original position before wrap. Nothing may be removed from the building; wall art and mirrors stay mounted.
- Craft services and outside catering are welcome at no extra charge. Alcohol on camera is fine; please keep crew consumption off the clock.
- Music until 10 PM. Maximum 45 people, including crew and talent.
- Nude and intimate shoots are permitted with advance notice; please flag it when you inquire.
- Ages 21+. Outdoor security cameras are positioned on the building exterior.
