Design: The interior pairs warm hardwood floors and painted trim with simple period details such as cast-iron radiators and sash windows. The rooms are furnished in a domestic, lived-in style that combines practical seating, bookshelves and freestanding storage.
Features: The house includes fast Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. A PA system and wired speakers are available. The venue allows hosts to play their own music or to bring an external DJ, subject to a noise restriction.

- We have blink cameras in front and back of the house. They are usually off unless we are out of town.
- Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
