- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Be respectful and treat the house as if it's your own.
- All ages are allowed in the space
- Furniture and decorations may be moved
- Take pics and put everything back the way you found it at the end of the day.
- Smoke machines are allowed
- No nudity allowed
- Security cameras and recording devices
- We have blink cameras in front and back of the house. They are usually off unless we are out of town.
- Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
