Bond Street Studio is a column-free photo and video rental facility in Brooklyn, NY, featuring two indoor levels, a 2,500-square-foot rooftop, and a private entrance for high-profile clients.
• Ground Level & Mezzanine: 2,500 sq ft main floor, 18-foot ceilings, a 15' wide drive-in bay with roll-up gates, and a 40’ x 12’ mezzanine for conference and green room with a. private bathroom. Capacity: 30 guests.
• 2nd Floor Studio: 2,000 sq ft, 16-foot ceilings, and two 10-foot square skylights. Capacity: 25 guests.
• Rooftop Studio: 2,500 sq ft outdoor area with shoot platforms and rolling background walls. Capacity: 25 guests.
Key Features & Amenities
4 Shoot Kitchens: Built for culinary content with overhead lighting grids and electricity.
Audio Conditions:
The 2nd floor features 2 soundproof windows and quiet HVAC for more than acceptable audio capture.
The Ground Level Studio is best suited for still photography and video projects with limited sound quality needs.
Lighting Control:
The 2nd floor offers natural daylight via skylights or complete blackout capabilities. The ground level is blackout only.
Logistics & Booking
Minimum Booking: 5 hours per day.
Parking: Street parking for one cube truck or two passenger vehicles is often available in front of the studio, though never guaranteed. Please contact us to discuss. There's a nearby public indoor garage just a 7-minute walk away from the studio.

Prices
The rooftop is chargeable by the hour. All rooftop shoots must conclude by 10pm. Please call to discuss your individual project needs.

Booking Policies
• Exclusive Access: We host only one client per level, per day. Your team will have absolute privacy across your rented space for the duration of the project.
• Rooftop Requirements: The rooftop is not available as a stand-alone rental. It must be booked as an add-on to the Second Level studio to ensure full access to amenities.
• All items brought to the Premises by Renter are to be removed by Renter the day of their rental (i.e., Sets, Props, Client Owned Equipment).
• Any arrangement to leave anything in the studio beyond the day of the client’s rental MUST be agreed to in writing prior to your rental date.
• No smoking in the building.
• Damage to the space will result in extra charges.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
