Well-lit mother-in-law apartment with modern bright bathroom, murphy bed (can be folded up against the wall for additional open space), mid-century living room area and kitchenette.
Space is bright and clean and can be staged as an apartment, bedroom, living room, bathroom, laundry room or open concept space.
Features Amazon Echo in every room, Philips hue smart lighting throughout, keyless entry, fast Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV and apple TV.
Private bathroom and private space from others.

I have lots of equipment for use in the space for various types of work; desk space (multiple set ups, carpentry tools, lighting and studio equipment, etc) so space can be transformed and used for multiple purposes.
There is also a photography studio out back as well as 200sq foot patio that can be utilized as part of the booking.

I also have a 3 bedroom house above the apartment (also available here on Tagvenue) if larger events and more space are required, please inquire if interested in an additional 1200sq ft with another bath and modern kitchen and 3 bedroom and lounge area.
If all space is used the house could accommodate events of 30 people.

I do allow vaping since there is no odor or butts left behind. Host rules

-Spaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants prior to and after shoots, guests are encouraged to do their own cleaning as well with products that will NOT damage any household items.
-ALL guests must wear masks during the shoot (not provided, additional fee if I must provide) must social distance so # of guests will be limited. Subjects in front of the camera do not need to wear a mask while filming but must wear one when not filming and all behind the scenes staff must wear at all times. There will be no exceptions and no lenience for breaking this health rule. I will only ask once for guests to wear a mask, after that I will ask guests to leave due to breaking policy
-Following form must be completed by all members who will be onsite for contact tracing as well as a waiver stating they are in good health and have been practicing social distancing and healthy hygiene/mask wearing, etc and that this space is not liable for any reason whatsoever (https://forms.gle/b6o2RB24BxzbmKsa8)
-Areas designated for shooting must be decided prior to shoot, use of unauthorized spaces will result in additional cleaning fees
-This space requires a fully refundable deposit of $150.00 at the time of booking. This is to protect the host and household venue from damages, guests breaking house rules, additional guests, etc. Deposit may be made via Venmo (@Jeromy-Hunt), PayPal (Jeromy Hunt), or Cashapp ($jrhcreativestudios). Bookings without a deposit will not be honoured. Security deposits will be fully returned within 24 hours of the end booking time unless damages or additional costs occur-at this point host will reach out with how to proceed
-Shoots in my third tier of guests (9 people or more) are required to have a COI prior to booking. Please submit COI when booking
-Production insurance is not required
-Furniture and decorations may be moved as long as worked out in advance
-Smoke machines are allowed
-No nudity allowed
-Please check with the host for additional rules
