This outdoor garden venue in East Williamsburg can host around 40–50 guests for private celebrations, proposals, outdoor screenings, wellness sessions, networking events, brand gatherings, and sports watch parties.
The garden includes a 13 × 15 ft pergola, lounge furniture, tables and chairs for 14 guests, an onsite restroom, and storage space. A projector, projection wall, PA system, microphones, and audio equipment are also available.
Outside food and alcohol are permitted, and the venue can connect guests with local vendors for catering, cocktails, desserts, décor, and other event services. Weekend evening events require a four-hour minimum, with exceptions available for proposals, photo shoots, and content sessions.

• Please inquire about arrival and departure information before your booking. Access instructions will be provided prior to your event.
• Your booking time includes setup, event time, breakdown and cleanup.
• Please do not arrive before your scheduled time unless arranged in advance.
• Evening weekend events require a 4-hour minimum. Exceptions may be available for proposals, photo shoots and content sessions.
• Maximum capacity is 40–50 guests.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep music and conversation at a reasonable level.
• Guests should enter and leave quietly and should not congregate outside the property.
• Outside food and catering are permitted.
• Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the guesthouse. Please inquire about designated outdoor smoking areas.
• Furniture may be rearranged carefully but must be returned to its original position after your event.
• Decorations are welcome. No nails, screws, confetti, glitter or permanent adhesives.
• Please do not attach heavy decorations or equipment to the pergola without approval.
• Guests have access to the designated restroom. Other areas of the guesthouse are private unless included in your booking.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Outside vendors are welcome with prior approval. Vendor setup and breakdown must occur within your booked time.
• Projector, PA system, microphones and other equipment must be arranged in advance.
• Please remove all food, decorations, personal belongings and event materials at the end of your booking.
• The booking guest is responsible for any damage caused by guests or vendors.
• No fireworks, weapons, hazardous materials or illegal activities.
• Please treat the garden, plants, furniture, equipment and our neighbors with care.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
