No smoking in the house.
Food and drink are allowed only in the kitchen and outside areas.
There is the use of one restroom however if over 15 people an additional restroom will be available.
No blocking of the driveway at any time.
No alcohol is allowed, however, luncheons, dinners, or weddings may serve wine/champagne.
Noise must be kept at a minimum.
Furniture and/or Artwork can not be moved without permission and the owner or the site rep must be present when items are moved and when they are placed back.
Models with body makeup, oil, or who are wet are not allowed on the furniture.
If you do not have a permit from the city for your photo and/or video shoot you accept all responsibility and consequences if the city shuts down your production including any fees imposed.
The house is on a sensitive septic system so only toilet paper should go into the toilet. No paper towels, sanitary napkins, q-tips, etc.,
Any questions concerning AC, heat, or lights please ask. Don’t adjust without speaking to the owner or site rep first.
No outside speakers or microphones are allowed. There are speakers throughout the inside and outside of the house.
