The venue presents a series of connected production spaces with low-to-medium ceilings, recessed downlights and glass-fronted meeting rooms. Carpeted and hard floors together with white-painted walls provide neutral backdrops and primarily artificial, controllable lighting.
Room features: The venue provides air conditioning and Wi‑Fi to support tethered capture and climate control. A PA system supplies in-room audio playback for rehearsals or livestreams, on-site storage supports kit between setups and step‑free access with accessible toilets accommodates crew and visitors.
Best for: Interviews, corporate video, small-scale film shoots and livestreamed events suit this venue.

Host rules
Do not touch or change AC. Contact on site staff to change temperature.
No eating/drinking on cyc wall unless needed for shoot. Must be agreed beforehand.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
Electrical/Maintenance issues will be brought up to staff on site.
No smoking in the building.
No alcohol allowed, unless agreed upon prior to booking.
No pets allowed, unless agreed upon prior to booking.
No use of prohibited areas during booking.
We usually give 30 minutes of setup and take down, before and after the event.
Guests can hang posters or decorations on the walls, no painting or coloring on the walls. You can bring posters or stand up frames as well.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
