About this space

Downtown 165 is an abandoned apartment with a basement, yard, basecamp, and parking. Furniture & props are available at no charge also welcome to bring them in.

Our place is perfect for photo shoots, base camps, music video shoots, TV commercials, and action movies. Our apartment is close to Art District.

The adjacent house may also be available. There is also a big yard in the back with easy access to the main street.
