Compact control room with a low, exposed-beam ceiling and visible acoustic treatment; wood-finished walls and floor and small windows that admit limited daylight.

Room features: The room delivers soundproofed monitoring and playback through studio nearfield monitors and a PA system, and contains a rack of outboard processors for compression and EQ during sessions.

Best for: Recording and mixing sessions for solo artists, bands and small ensembles.
