Located in film friendly Burbank, close to the 5 freeway. Available 24/7 for filming interviews, TV commercials, music videos, promos, etc...

No glitter or confetti is allowed on-site.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed. No Adult Films allowed.
No cleaning fee will be charged if space is left in the condition it was found. If not, there will be a $150 cleaning fee added to your rental.
A minimum of 150.00 will be charged for oversized trash, construction debris, and or loads exceeding the capacity of (1) 2yd roll-away trash bin.
The rental day begins at the first crew member’s entry and ends when the last crew member exits the location.
Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Stage Manager, you will be charged at the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments, for the time your team stays past your scheduled out time.
We do not refund unused time if your team leaves before your scheduled out time.
