Features: The ground-floor lounge includes a wall-mounted TV, a low media console and loose seating arranged for conversation. The property permits own music and benefits from abundant natural light. The entrance is step-free and the house is wheelchair accessible.

Non-permitted street parking. There is free parking available on nearby streets. There is no space to park a Cargo, Sprinter, or any other type of large van/vehicle. If you need to use one of those, you will have to get a permit from the city and park it in front of the house (even if only used for loading and unloading).
We are fairly flexible with the space. We ask that you take care not to damage any of the furniture or finishes. We also ask that you leave the space in the same condition you find it in.
No nude or semi-nude shoots without the prior written consent of the host.
A $2,000 security deposit is required before all bookings and will be promptly returned if there are no damages.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
