Our modern house has a roof deck, a beautiful garden, and lots of space filled with light.
This incredible open kitchen sets the perfect backdrop for cooking demos, TV shows, and much more. Miele appliances (double oven, gas stove top, and double fridge) anchor the space for a high-end cooking experience.
A spacious 10' island with a built-in gas stove top offers plenty of counter space for chopping, prepping, and displaying kitchen appliances and gadgets. The oven features a variety of cooking settings including roasting, baking, steaming, bread proofing, broiling, and more.
The kitchen's neutral color palette of white oak cabinetry and white quartz countertops set a backdrop complimentary for various shoot settings.
Behind the main kitchen is a hidden prep kitchen with an additional set of appliances (another gas range, fridge, dishwasher, and more storage space) perfect for keeping all the mess away from the camera.

Host rules
Non-permitted street parking. There is free parking available on nearby streets. There is no space to park a Cargo, Sprinter, or any other type of large van/vehicle. If you need to use one of those, you will have to get a permit from the city and park it in front of the house (even if only used for loading and unloading).
We are fairly flexible with the space. We ask that you take care not to damage any of the furniture or finishes. We also ask that you leave the space in the same condition you find it in.
No nude or semi-nude shoots without the prior written consent of the host.
A $2,000 security deposit is required before all bookings and will be promptly returned if there are no damages.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
This house is absolutely ridiculous in the best way possible. The flawlessly designed interior of the house looks just as good, if not better than the posted pictures! Not to mention the beautiful backyard that created the perfect background atmosphere for our shoot.
Located in Santa Monica, our house is the perfect place for your next photoshoot or perhaps an off-site event.
