All seamless backdrop colors are free to use. Colors not mounted on the motorized backdrop can be mounted on the provided C-stands. BACKDROPS ARE NOT PRE-MOUNTED BEFORE ARRIVAL. DO NOT REMOVED BACKDROPS FROM THE MOTORIZED HOLDER, OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED.

Shoe covers must be worn on the cyc wall by all guests, EXCEPT TALENT WHILE SHOOTING. For a fresh white coat on the cyc wall floor, purchase the “Fresh Cyclorama Wall Paint” add-on.

Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
No congregating in the front of the location.
The Cyc Wall area is off-limits.
Ring camera(s) record video in non-private areas for claims, overages, safety, and rule enforcement. Audio is not recorded.

Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.

Host reserves the right to charge a fine of up to $250 for any rules that are broken.

It was a cute space & there's a nice view of the DTLA skyline. There's a lot of extra lighting equipment if you forget something / need a back up

Poor, inaccurate communication from the staff. They told us the wrong room on photo shoot day. We called for an hour trying to reach them to figure out what was wrong. No one answered. I started trying on every door on the floor until we found our actual space. When I called the assistant on 2/12 to express my frustration they promised me a $70 refund. It was never sent.
