About this space
Our home has a large kitchen with an open floor plan that is great for a wide variety of productions. The main living area leads out to a sunroom that can be used as well.
We also offer our backyard for filming or it can be used as equipment staging/crew hangout area. Maximum capacity is up to 20 people. Please ask if crew will exceed limit.

Have you ever seen a house in a commercial, TV show, or Instagram ad and wondered where they’re filmed at? Many times productions will rent homes like ours to shoot their film, take their pictures, or market their products.
We’ve been involved in the production industry for over 15 years and we understand the needs of the productions. We provide an approximate location to help with your planning. We will provide the physical address once a scout or booking is planned
