This multilevel dream loft has been custom built to be the ultimate event space for your needs with 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 150 people (with a custom rate and conditions).
We're hidden by a very drab exterior, no one would know anything's happening on the inside and we like it that way. Almost everything in the warehouse loft can be controlled by the phone, from the front lock, to the lighting, and the disco ball & lasers.
The main living room is tucked away in the remaining corner including a 17 ft projection wall for an HD projector, all hooked up to an amazing, custom built sound system, tweaked by our in-house music producer. The projector is hooked up to an 4K Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu, etc. and can be easily hooked up to almost any media device.

*** 1 security guard is needed for every 1-50 people
***Each security guard is an additional $40/hr
***Catering permit and/or liquor license is required if you plan on selling food or alcohol
