The venue itself was clean, spacious, and beautiful, and the decorator they recommended did an amazing job with the setup. However, there were several issues that left us very disappointed. The decorator, while talented, was rude to other vendors, which created unnecessary tension during the event. More concerning was the behavior of the staff. They remained at our event the entire time, taking photos and videos without our consent, eating food meant for our guests, and even sitting in seats that were reserved for our family and friends. What should have been an intimate and special occasion felt more like we were being watched and intruded upon. For such an important celebration, this was extremely unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression.

Location.
Manager Sam was overly micromanaging telling us not to do a lot things like you cannot add tables and chairs, you cannot post anything on the wall repeatedly, AC was not turned on until complained with 92 degrees outside temperature, need to beg for toilet paper and paper towels, treated us like a worker he can just push over. If we are not in the right mind and demeanor, we could have stormed out of the place immediately.
