A large, open-plan studio with tall, exposed ceilings, a seamless white cyclorama occupying one corner and a black-painted service wall beyond; a concrete floor and visible overhead rigging create a neutral, industrial working environment.

Room features: Supplied backdrops and photographic equipment are available, and an on-site PA system with speakers provides playback and cueing. The venue includes dressing-area mirrors, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and step-free, wheelchair-accessible entry.

Best for: Photography and video production, including fashion and portrait shoots, commercial spots and product photography.

What sets it apart: A 26 ft by 26 ft LED DMX-controllable toplight system provides programmable overhead colour and intensity control.
