About this space

Open industrial studio with a wide clear floor, concrete slab surface and corrugated metal walls that form a neutral, raw backdrop. Daylight is present and the interior can be configured for low-light, moody setups.

Room features: On-site Wi‑Fi and air conditioning support sustained production days, and dedicated storage space helps keep equipment and props organised. Step‑free access and wheelchair accessibility accommodate crew and talent requirements.

Best for: Film and video production, commercials, vehicle shoots and music-video work.

What sets it apart: High vaulted arched ceiling provides substantial vertical clearance for elevated camera positions and tall builds.
