Strict noise guidelines must be followed, especially during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM).
Smoking:

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Parking and Transportation:

Parking is limited to designated areas only and may have vehicle restrictions.
Transportation coordination, if required, must be arranged with the host.
Usage of Amenities and Equipment:

Follow the host's guidelines for using amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or gym.
Any specialized equipment must be used responsibly and may require prior instruction or supervision.
Cleaning and Damages:

The property must be left in the same condition as found, with exceptions for regular wear and tear.
Report any damages immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Safety and Security:

Adherence to safety rules, such as pool safety, is mandatory for all guests.
Cancellations and Modifications:

Follow the listing's cancellation and modification policies.
Compliance with Local Laws and Ordinances:

Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and community rules.
