A penthouse creative studio occupying an entire loft-level space, defined by an open-plan layout and a clean, minimalist interior.
Design: White-painted walls, high ceilings and exposed structural services create an industrial-loft look. Pale polished floors and neutral, boho-style decorative accents keep the interior visually light and uncluttered.
Features: The space includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a PA system with speakers. The space permits own music and external DJs and allows external catering and production equipment to be brought in. The space is wheelchair accessible.
Ideal for: Creative teams, photographers and small production crews seeking a flexible, relaxed environment for collaborative or production-focused gatherings.
What sets it apart: The venue is provided fully staged, with a curated collection of furniture and decorative pieces included as pictured.
No smoking in the building.
Only votive candles on the tables inside water vases can be used as part of the décor for your event. All other candles placed on floor or other locations must be flameless candles.
All large, heavy items must load in and load out via the Freight Elevator.
