FAQ

Yes. The cleanup procedure includes putting all furniture/decor in their original places, putting back all tables/chairs, wiping up any spills, and putting trash in the freight elevator area. All cleanup and teardown time should be included in the booking time.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available in the area.

Yes, a DJ is allowed to play music during the event, provided the volume is kept reasonable (not blasting like a club) and the studio doors remain closed to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Yes, guests may bring their own alcohol; a licensed and insured bartender is required for hard liquor or mixed drinks, but beer, wine, and champagne are allowed without a bartender.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.
