About this space
Beautiful event space with indoor and outdoor areas. The indoor space is thousand square-foot open room with beautiful dark wood flooring, tons of natural light, a powerful 3 ton mini-split A/C, ceiling fans, fully adjustable smartlights, and 15 inch PA speakers with rich bass.
The outdoor space is a lush garden setting with a large dance floor under a sunshade, a huge sycamore tree, a rich variety of plants, fruit trees, flowers, and plenty of shaded seating. Please note the plants and flowers will change with the seasons and may not match photos exactly.
There is also a deck area, a kitchen area, and a large bathroom. Discount for regular bookings.

Host rules
1. There is no additional setup or cleanup time included in your rental; you will gain access to the space at the start time, and your rental is over at the end time specified in your booking. This means that:
• All guests and property are out of the building
• All furniture is reset
• All trash is bagged and taken to the bins behind the storage shed out back.
If you'd like to extend your rental, you may do so at the normal rate up to 60 minutes before your original end time and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we don't receive notification and you are not fully exited from the building at your end time, the rate is 1.5x normal rate, billed in 30 minute increments.
2. Liquid spills on the indoor or outdoor dance floor should be cleaned up promptly to avoid damage to the floor.
3. If you want to move the furniture, please let us know so we can clean properly. The DJ desk cannot be moved. We have 1 6ft table and approximately 10 folding chairs available, but we need to know in advance if you'd like to use them, as they need to be pulled from storage and cleaned.
4. No smoking inside or in back patio; additional cleaning fees will apply.
5. Do not touch or lean or put furniture against the mirrors; additional cleaning fees may be incurred if mirrors are touched.
6. We generally do not book events that go past midnight. For rare exceptions there is a significant additional fee. The outside space must go quiet at 11pm but loud music inside is still fine until 12am.
7. Please message us in advance if you plan to use any appliances or large electronics.
8. We do not book events that feature heavy drinking.
9. No glitter, confetti, or similar. Anything that needs to be taped to floor or hung on walls must be cleared in advance. Additional cleaning fees will apply
10. Guests may not walk in the flower beds outside; please do not dump ice in the flower beds
11. Please note our space is not child-proofed; children should be supervised at all times.
