• The space is suitable for pop-ups, brand activations, private events, creative workshops, meetings, and photoshoots.
• Smoking is not permitted indoors.
• Alcohol is allowed for approved private events, subject to applicable laws. Events serving alcohol must be adults-only (21+).
• Music is welcome at a reasonable volume.
• Guests are welcome to rearrange furniture but must return everything to its original position.
• Please respect the space, equipment, and surrounding businesses.
• Decorations are welcome, provided they do not damage walls or furniture.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the space in good condition.
• Setup and breakdown must take place within the booked rental hours.
• Paid parking is available nearby and is the responsibility of guests.
• A BOBW team member will be available for opening and closing the venue.
• Live DTF printing and screen printing workshops can be arranged upon request.
