Host rules
• Standard venue hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Evening and weekend events may be accommodated with prior approval.
• Event setup and breakdown must take place within the contracted rental period unless otherwise arranged.
• No outside Food & Beverage allowed.
• State-of-the-art built-in audiovisual equipment is included with meeting room rentals. No outside AV are allowed.
• Additional AV requirements must be arranged in advance.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to venue equipment or furnishings.
• No smoking or vaping inside the facility or on the terraces.
• Decorations must be approved in advance. Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, or furniture without permission.
• Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not permitted.
• Furniture arrangements and room configurations must be coordinated with venue staff.
• All attendees must respect the facility, staff, and other building occupants.
• Events must remain within the contracted guest capacity.
• Noise levels must be appropriate for a professional conference and educational environment.
• Guests must follow all building security and safety procedures.
• Self-parking and valet parking are available within The Grand LA complex.
• Discounted parking validation may be arranged through the venue.
• Event organizers are responsible for communicating parking and arrival instructions to attendees.
