Yakiya Dining Room at Yakiya
About this space
The diners are given the option to go through Wagyu and seafood tasting menus along the multi-course, seasonal journeys that the Chef's Prix Fixe set menu introduces or they can explore and decide their own course with à la carte selections at their speed, which can range in prices, from low to high. The wine list that is linked with the food is the one that showcases rare whiskies, premium sakes, curated wines, and crafted cocktails and all of them are singularly made to complement the taste of the dish and at the same time giving the table a whole new level of elegance and sophistication.

About Yakiya
The inspiration for Yakiya was the tradition of yakiniku in Japan, which is the custom of grilling meat at the table, a mix of the old with the new, where the dining is not just something to eat but an interactive experience. It has a presence at two destinations, one in Pasadena and the other in Hacienda Heights, and the guests can choose the multi-course, seasonal journeys through the best of Wagyu and seafood that the Chef’s Prix Fixe menus offer, or they can go on their own discovery with à la carte offerings at their own pace, with low to high difference in the price range. The beverage program that backs the cuisine is one that puts rare whiskeys, premium sakes, curated wines, and crafted cocktails in the spotlight, each of them with specifically designed to bring out the flavors of the meal while adding a gush of artistry and sophistication.
