Around the pool, you'll find sun loungers, shaded seating areas, and plenty of spots to sit and catch up. There's also a BBQ for outdoor cooking, along with fast Wi-Fi across the yard if you'd like to stream music, stay connected, or get a bit of work done between activities.
As the day winds down, the firepit creates a great place to gather and enjoy the evening. The space also includes shaded areas, a private changing area, and access to a restroom inside the house. Time & setup
• Please arrive and depart within your booked time to allow for cleaning before and after your visit.
• Setup and cleanup must be done within your reservation window.
Guests & age
• Max 20 guests total on the property, including non‑swimmers.
• All ages welcome; an adult 21+ must be present at all times.
Pets
• Pets are welcome in the yard but not allowed in the pool.
• Please pick up after pets and keep them off pool furniture.
Music & noise
• Moderate music is allowed; please respect neighbors and keep volume reasonable.
• No DJs, live bands, or club‑level speakers unless pre‑approved.
Alcohol, smoking, nudity, commercial use
• Alcohol allowed for responsible adults 21+ only (no underage drinking).
• No glass in or near the pool area.
• Smoking only in designated area (if you want to allow it; otherwise “No smoking anywhere on the property”).
• Nudity not permitted out of respect for neighbors and local ordinances.
• Commercial use (photo/video shoots, brand events, etc.) allowed with prior approval and may require separate pricing.
Safety
