The Woolsey is a large private estate. The main house consists of seven Sleeping areas, two full kitchens, a great room with vaulted cathedral ceilings and original wood beams, and two enormous decks with incredible views.
Large fields and a backyard cactus/rock garden with a private hot tub. The property is on 70 acres of private trails. This property also has award-winning views of both the cityscape and the incredible natural beauty of Woolsey Canyon.
Prices
Different types of events may incur additional fees:
Overnight guests (+$350)
Events over 30 people (+$150 per hour up to 45 guests. +$200 per hour over 45 guests)

Host rules
Absolutely no smoking or open flame of any kind at any time on our property. We are in an extreme fire danger area. This includes cigarettes, pipes, bongs, candles, incense burners, fireworks, sparklers, tiki lamps etc. additionally please be aware that this is a remote area that does have cliffs and rocks which should never be climbed on. Doing so can result in bodily harm, slips and falls which the owner does not take responsibility for. Hiking in southern California and being in remote mountain areas does contain certain natural elements that could be harmful including snakes, insects and wildlife.
