Bar: staffed, with a $3,500–$4,000 minimum (50% deposit, refundable if met)
Rates (Non Holidays & 21+ bookings):
– Weekday (Thurs/Sun): $700/hr
– Weekend (Fri/Sat): $700/hr
– Matinee (before 7PM): $175/hr
– After 2AM: $550/hr
Add-ons: 18+ / All Ages / Filming available upon request.
