Host rules

End time means everyone/everything is off site by that time.
We usually give 30 minutes of setup and take down, before and after the event.
Do not touch or change AC. Contact on site staff to change temperature.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
Guests can hang posters or decorations on the walls, no painting or coloring on the walls. You can bring posters or stand up frames as well.
Electrical/Maintenance issues will be brought up to staff on site.
No one allowed into restricted spaces.
No pets, unless agreed to before booking.
Production insurance is required.
Smoke machines are allowed.
No nudity allowed.
