About this space
Studio 1 at STUDIO CLYX is a natural light photo and film studio in Brooklyn, NYC, available for hourly rental. Designed with a refined editorial aesthetic, it is ideal for fashion shoots, lifestyle and video content creation with its clean, minimalist design and soft earthy color tones.
The studio provides C-Stands / V-Flats / Sandbags / 1 x Godox 200W Video Light. This is a self service studio and you will be provided with access code and instructions on entering the building. Please note that we are on the 3rd floor. There is a freight elevator available for passengers with heavy items only, it is opened from 8AM to 4PM. Do allow for 5-10 minutes for the freight to arrive after being called and let us know in advance before your booking if you require the freight.
Prices
- Alcohol consumption is available as an add-on at $50 per item.
- White, grey, and beige paper backdrops on a roller system are available as an add-on, subject to availability. Please inform us 36 hours before your shoot if you plan on using them.

Host rules
• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please consider that while making the booking.
• No pets allowed (Please ask us for permission).
• For confetti & glitter, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $75.
• Lost Studio Keys will result in a $100 replacement fee.
• Please leave the studio EQ and furniture the way it was presented at the start of the session.
• If any furniture or props is damaged during the session, do note that we have a replacement fee that will be charged.
