Studio Clyx II offers a contemporary space, furnished with velvet elements, a distinctive wooden accent wall, and hand-selected designer pieces.
Covering 850 square feet, it is designed as a boutique hotel lobby, providing an elegant setting for photoshoots, film productions, and creative projects.
Located on the first floor, the studio includes professional lighting, sandbags, C-stands, and basic grip equipment.
Prices
- Alcohol consumption is available as an add-on at $50 per item.
- White and grey paper backdrops are available as an add-on, subject to availability. Please inform us 36 hours before your shoot if you plan on using them.
- A $5 fee applies for freight elevator access.

Host rules
• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please consider that while making the booking.
• No pets allowed (Please ask us for permission).
• For confetti & glitter, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $75.
• Lost Studio Keys will result in a $100 replacement fee.
• Please leave the studio EQ and furniture the way it was presented at the start of the session.
• If any furniture or props is damaged during the session, do note that we have a replacement fee that will be charged.
