About this space
Studio II at STUDIO CLYX is a luxury designer photo studio rental in Brooklyn, NYC featuring velvet textures, rich tones, a distinctive wooden accent wall and a refined aesthetic. Curated with statement mid century modern pieces, soft drapery and elegant decor, the 850-square-foot space provides a warm and distinct high-end setting for photoshoots, interviews/ podcasts, luxury brand campaigns and content, and intimate gatherings. Studio II is inspired by boutique hotel lobbies and editorial spaces, designed to feel like a curated set rather than a blank set.
The studio is located on the 1st floor and provides C-Stands / V-Flats / Sandbags / 1 x Godox 200W Video Light. This is a self service studio and you will be provided with access code and instructions on entering the building. We are on the 1st floor. There is a freight elevator available for passengers with heavy items only, it is opened from 8AM to 12PM, 1PM to 4PM. The studio has seamless backdrops that are available as Add-ons (White, Grey) as well as basic grip and photography equipment as additional rentals.
Prices
- Alcohol consumption is available as an add-on at $50 per item.
- White and grey paper backdrops are available as an add-on, subject to availability. Please inform us 36 hours before your shoot if you plan on using them.

Host rules
• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set-up and clean-up time. Please consider that while making the booking.
• No pets allowed (Please ask us for permission).
• For confetti & glitter, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $75.
• Lost Studio Keys will result in a $100 replacement fee.
• Please leave the studio EQ and furniture the way it was presented at the start of the session.
• If any furniture or props is damaged during the session, do note that we have a replacement fee that will be charged.
