Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
Please keep items where they belong, or put them back to where they were after use.
Let us know if you will be renting any sound or lighting equipment beforehand.
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
No outside lighting.
No stunts, no work with flames or extremely loud music.
The elevator weight load maxes out at 800lbs.
