The Eventz3 Patio is all you need for your next event if you were dreaming to have an intimate event in the fresh air!
Our venue is centrally located in Southeast Houston at Martin Luther King Boulevard.
We can host the event of your choice, whether that be a summer party, BBQ, corporate party, birthday celebration, or children's party. We've got a lot to offer!
Catering, DJ, and decoration services are available as well for your future event. Come and celebrate with us!
Prices
The price for a venue rental for 4 hours is $575.
Additional hours are $30 an hour.
The security fee is $75.
Day rental is $800, for example, 8 am to 12 am.
The deposit required to hold the date is $175 and is non-refundable. It's included in the total price.
