Host rules

**The person who books should be 21 or older and must be present at the starting time.
**Wifi password will be given on the day of your event.
**There is a $50 charge for use of kitchen stuff inside drawers
**No smoking inside the space and around the garden
**Absolutely no moving any of the flower pots in the garden.
**Absolutely no smoking device inside the property
**No hookahs allowed indoors or outdoors
**No loud music after 11 pm
**If you need to move the furniture around, it should be returned to the original decor at the end of time.
**Please put all your trash in the bins provided outside
**Please include at least half an hour before and half an hour after for setup and take-down.
**Extra charges will occur for extra time use of the facility.
**If guests bring any of their belongings including tables and chairs, they should be removed from the premises by the end of their allotted time. You will be charged for extra time use of the facility.
