- $2,400 per day- up to 12 hours.

DISCOUNTED DAYS (Sunday, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays):
-$260 per hour
- $1,900 per day -up to 12 hours.

Cleaning Fee Policy
A minimum mandatory cleaning fee of $250 is required at the time of booking. Please select the tier that applies to your event:
Tier 1 – $250: Events with fewer than 70 guests where the venue is left in good conditions.
Tier 2 – $350: Events with more than 70 guests. This tier is mandatory for all bookings that are parties/social gatherings.
(What does "good condition" mean?- Before leaving, please ensure all trash is placed in the designated area, any dishes used are washed, and all spaces are free of clutter and spills.)

- Music Volume can be loud, but NOT super EXTREMELY loud to the point that you can hear it from the lobby.

- No hanging out at the lobby.

- Smoking is only allowed across the street and not right in front of the building.

We enjoyed the great customer service, the fun lighting controls, and all the different rooms included at a very reasonable price. The flexibility in cleaning fee was super helpful and made it possible for us to go!
