Our space is available for rental across four categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms. Each category entails varying minimum hours, pricing structures, cleaning fees, and other considerations. We consistently apply three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and a Casa Manager fee (studio manager).
Depending on the size and scope of your booking, we may require additional professionally trained studio managers on-site to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, there may be other fees applicable based on your specific needs, which we are happy to discuss and outline in a personalized quote tailored to your booking requirements.
