The second warehouse dubbed ‘Motorworks’ offers an on-site black-box studio for 360-degree visual and sound experiences, immersive supper clubs and captivating catwalk shows.
Courtyard is a space for food festivals and open-air parties, with the adjoining Scrapyard significantly expanding outdoor capacity. Finally, the iconic Watchtower - a mysterious vertical bunker - will house an elevated DJ booth, with summer BBQ parties, daytime raves and street food festivals playing out below.
