Duration: Private hire bookings are for a set duration. Extensions may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly. The restaurant reserves the right to terminate the event without refund in cases of misconduct.
No Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
Decorations: Any decorations must be approved in advance by the restaurant. No open flames, confetti, or anything that may cause damage or pose a fire hazard is allowed.
Music and Noise: Music and entertainment must comply with venue policies and local licensing laws. Noise levels should be kept at a respectful volume to avoid disturbance to neighboring properties.
Late License: If the event requires a late license, additional fees will apply. This must be arranged and approved prior to the event.
Damage: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue during the hire period.
