About this space

A bright and airy space located on our top floor. This studio is the largest we host and is perfect for production rehearsals, large group classes, aerial and pole rigging or large auditions.

Size: 38 feet by 45 feet (14 meters by 9 meters)

Features: Equipped with a wooden sprung floor, large mirrors, sound system, Pilates mats, three-full-wall windows supplying natural light and air conditioning. Rigging Points are also available with Aerial Equipment, subject to availability at the Studio’s discretion in a separate agreement. Tables and chairs are available on request. Our largest space is perfect for production rehearsals.

- Access is limited to the studio booked
- Communal Access to the upstairs mezzanine and front of house breakout spaces, changing facilities and toilets is granted.
- Hire is responsible for all individuals included in their booking period.
- Access is limited to the start of your hire time and the end of your hire time.
- Hire's are required to leave the studio as found
- Any additional requirements from a clean dry hire space should be made to Clear Frame Locations directly.
