Room features: Studio 1 provides an on-board PA system and speakers and full-height wall mirrors. The room also offers air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and storage; a noise-restriction policy applies.
Best for: Dance and movement rehearsals, choreography filming, fitness classes and small-scale video shoots.

- Communal Access to the upstairs mezzanine and front of house breakout spaces, changing facilities and toilets is granted.
- Hire is responsible for all individuals included in their booking period.
- Access is limited to the start of your hire time and the end of your hire time.
- Hire's are required to leave the studio as found
- Any additional requirements from a clean dry hire space should be made to Clear Frame Locations directly.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
