- No smoking is allowed inside the building at any time.
- Outside catering is allowed but must be arranged in advance.
- No alcohol is permitted on the premises after 8:00 PM.
- Please keep noise levels low, especially after 9:00 PM, out of respect for neighboring units.
- Do not exceed the maximum guest capacity specified in the listing.
- Lock all doors when leaving the space to ensure security.
- Arrive and depart on time as per your booking schedule.
