RULES & TERMS FOR HIRING SPACE AT RUSH!

1.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed with a signed agreement.
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment is due 14 days before the hire date.

2.⁠ ⁠Hours of Use
• The space is available for use between 8.30am and 8.30pm.
• Additional hours may be approved with prior arrangement and may incur extra fees.

3.⁠ ⁠Setup and Cleanup
• Setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours.
• The space must be left clean and in the same condition as found.
• A cleaning fee may be charged if the space is not properly cleaned.

4.⁠ ⁠Equipment & Utilities
• Use of any in-house equipment may need to be approved in advance.
• Any damage to equipment or the premises will be the responsibility of the hirer.

5.⁠ ⁠Conduct & Safety
• The space must be used respectfully and safely at all times.
• No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is allowed.
• Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level.

6.⁠ ⁠Insurance & Liability
• Hirers must have their own public liability insurance.
• Rush is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or stolen property during the hire.

7.⁠ ⁠Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8.⁠ ⁠Indemnity
• The hirer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rush from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from use of the space.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
