Host rules
- Revise & Agree to Terms and Conditions for Short-Term Event Rentals.
- No smoking in the building.
- Smoking is allowed outside.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- Overcrowding is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the event.
- Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to respect our neighbors.
- Loud music, amplified sound, and other disruptive activities are not permitted.
- Keep the space clean and dispose of all rubbish in designated bins.
- Use furniture and amenities responsibly.
- Smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the included apartment and common areas.
- No open flames, including candles, fireworks, unless prior written permission is granted.
- No nails, screws, adhesives, or decorations that damage walls or surfaces.
- Do not exceed the agreed-upon event time without prior approval.
- Catering, Kitchen Utensils, decorations, and audiovisual equipment are not provided but may be brought by the renter, and the vendor used would need to be approved by the host.
- Restricted areas, including storage rooms and any non-designated event spaces, must not be accessed.
- Arrive early to set up and familiarize yourself with the space.
- Inform your guests about parking options, public transport, and access points ahead of time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
