Rules of the space

Host rules

Arrival & Timekeeping
Please arrive on time for your booking. Setup and pack-down must be included in your slot.
Overtime will be charged in 30-minute increments if the space is not vacated on time.
Respect the Space
Treat the studio and all equipment with care.
Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately and may incur charges.
No Smoking or Vaping
The studio is a strictly smoke-free environment. This includes vapes, unless part of a shoot and approved in advance.
No Alcohol or Drugs
Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted in the studio at any time.
Sound Control
Keep music at a reasonable level to respect our neighbours.
No loud music after 8 PM.
Maximum Occupancy
Please adhere to the agreed number of attendees.
Let us know in advance if you're planning to bring more people.
Clean-Up Policy
Leave the studio in the condition you found it.
A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or rubbish left behind.
No Loitering Outside
Please be mindful of the surrounding area and avoid blocking entrances or gathering outside the building.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance and directly involved in the shoot.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.
