⏰ You will not be eligible for a refund if the booking is cancelled within 24hrs of the booking date, or you fail to show for the booking.

The space in the bar is beautiful, it has excellent facilities, private toilets, your own bar with 2 bartenders who, Cam especially, were very attentive and professional. The food was exceptional as well as the cocktails and drinks. The booths and layout of the bar is spacious but not too spacious and you really felt cosy in the bar. The location is just behind Euston station, which is easily accessible and has parking just outside the bar too, on a quiet road.
The music system does not work. We discovered, on the day, that the music does not go above a barely audible volume without cutting out, which for our engagement party was a massive disappointment, after spending some considerable time making a curated playlist for the whole night and the party revolving around the music. They compensated us with 2 bottles of prosecco and some more beers, but it would have ruined the night for us, had we not luckily brought our own speaker and microphone for speeches. If you are hiring this bar with the intention of having music in the background as a party, then look elsewhere. The communication between James and the employees of the bar/pub was 0, and the communication between James and ourselves was also poor. They did not agree on the closing times of the bar, on the night, on the drinks packages which we ordered - non-alcoholic bottomless cocktails were promised to us when we paid, and on the day was told this was not supposed to be an option. Despite the lack of communication between staff, the manager did try to facilitate a good night on the day, by wavering the additional cakeage fee (25p or £2.50 per head depending on who you ask) and allowing for the bottomless non-alcoholic package to be honoured. We had issues with the ordering of drinks and food, as it was quite confusing online, which we could only clarify by calling the pub and speaking directly to James (taking the gamble that nothing is therefore documented in writing in case of issues further down the line). Be aware there is a cleaning fee at the end of the night too. Overall this would be an absolutely incredible venue, if they fixed the music system and the communication between staff.
