About this space
The Green Room is a 400 sq ft unique space with warm light, vintage furniture and access to a shared kitchen, perfect for location photography and filming, meetings and co-working. Nestled in our East London warehouse, a dynamic platform for the arts, events and our tight-knit creative community.

This space is accessed through a 600 sq ft gallery area which can be hired out in addition to the Green Room, subject to an additional charge. This gallery space is ideal for larger events, drinks receptions or exhibitions; please enquire directly if you'd like to hire both at the same time.
Please note that the furniture pictured in the space is seasonal and subject to change, if you require something specific please let us know and/or arrange a viewing with our studio manager via bookings@apiarystudios.org.
Prices listed are for exclusive use of this space. If you do not require exclusive use i.e. other building residents/artists can pass through to use kitchen or storage facilities, we offer a significantly discounted rate - please see our pricing notes and contact us directly to book.
If an alcohol licence is required this is subject to an additional fee. Please contact us directly to add this option to your booking.
Prices
As our Green Room is situated in a warehouse of other creatives and guests, other members of our community are usually allowed access through this space to the kitchen. If your hire requires exclusive access of the Green Room, i.e. no one outside of your team is allowed to enter the space during the hire period, the following charges apply and are payable at the time of your booking.
£75/£45 per hour exclusive/non-exclusive
£250/£125 half day exclusive/non-exclusive (4 hours)
£500/250 full day exclusive/non-exclusive (9 hours)
For bookings that require overtime hours between 7-9am or 6-11pm, these will be charged at £50 p/h and must be approved by studio management in advance. Weekends are available to book at the studio's discretion.
