Welcome! Please review and follow these house rules to ensure a smooth and successful shoot:
1.Arrival Preparation: Notify us via WhatsApp 10 minutes before arrival so we can prepare and welcome you.
2.No Congregation: Avoid gathering on the street in front of the venue to respect our neighbours’ privacy.
3.Occupancy Limit : The maximum occupancy limit, outlined in the agreement or platform terms, must be strictly adhered to and not exceeded. Additional guests, interviewees, or crew members attending the shoot must be disclosed in advance.
4.Property Care: Please handle everything with care. Avoid dragging suitcases on tiles or wooden floors. Toilets are delicate; flush gently without forcing the handle. All heavy equipment must be stored in the patio.
5.Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors or near the front door. Please use the garden.
6.Fire Safety: Do not use candles or fires without approval.
7.Noise Control: Keep noise low; no loud music or disruptive activities.
8.Time Management: Prep and wrap-up time are included in your booking. For extensions, contact us via WhatsApp.
9.Restoration: Leave the property as you found it: clean, tidy, furniture in place, lights and radiators off, and bin bags in the garden.
