Rules and Guidelines for Hirers
No Smoking Policy
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Cleanliness and Tidiness
o Hirers are responsible for leaving the space as they found it. Please ensure all areas, including any equipment used, are clean and tidy after use.
o Dispose of all waste in provided bins and recycle where appropriate.
o Avoid leaving any personal belongings or equipment on the premises unless previously agreed upon.
Respectful Behaviour
o Respect the space, staff, and others using nearby areas.
o Loud noises or disruptive behaviour should be minimized to avoid disturbing others.
Equipment and Facilities Use
o Treat all equipment and facilities with care.
o Report any damages immediately to management. Hirers may be held responsible for repairs or replacements due to misuse or negligence.
Food and Drink
o Consumption of food and drink is allowed only in designated areas. Please avoid bringing any food or drinks near electronic equipment or sensitive areas.
o Clean up any spills immediately to avoid stains or damage.
Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations
o Ensure any activities or setup adhere to health and safety guidelines.
o Emergency exits should always remain clear and accessible.
o Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and the location of first aid supplies.
Alcohol and Substance Use
o No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the premises without prior written permission.
o Anyone found under the influence may be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Access and Security
o Hirers should not allow unauthorized individuals into the premises.
o Any access keys, key cards, or codes must be handled securely and returned promptly after use.
o Ensure all doors are securely locked when leaving, especially if you are the last one to exit.
Time Management
o Please respect the agreed booking times. Exceeding the booked time may incur
