The Tudor Barn Eltham is a 16th-century timber-framed barn that retains original exposed roof timbers and period structural character.

Design: The interior shows heavy exposed oak roof trusses, exposed brickwork, narrow leaded windows and wide timber floorboards, arranged around a recessed arched end.

Features: An on-site gastro pub and adjoining beer garden provide food and bar service for events. A dedicated function gallery contains a PA system and speakers, venue Wi‑Fi, abundant natural daylight and permission for guests to play their own music. Separate toilets are available upstairs and downstairs.

Planning coordinator Jade was very helpful. TBE offered a custom menu . Myself and guests very satisfied. Plenty of parking . Venue was well decorated. PA system played our self made Spotify playlist. Catering staff handled buffet very well . Also distributed our cake . Bar was well stocked , and efficient service . Also , staff provided a mobile chairlift to bring a wheelchair guest up and down the stairs. Thank you Tudor Barn Eltham .
