About this space

Coltsford Mill is a converted mill venue defined by exposed timber trusses and an open-plan hall that pairs historic structure with bright, adaptable interiors.

Design: The main hall has pale wooden floors, a high pitched ceiling and generous windows and doors that admit daylight. The interior uses a neutral palette and chandelier lighting across long, rectangular proportions that read as orderly and airy.

Features: The venue provides an installed PA system and speakers and a raised stage area suitable for speeches or performances. The room opens via French doors onto the outdoor grounds and presents a timber floor suitable for dining layouts or a dancefloor. The building is wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups seeking an intimate, seated dinner or a relaxed, social reception in a characterful rural building.

What sets it apart: On-site accommodation that allows overnight stays across the venue’s cottages and mill rooms.

What guests say: The venue is beautiful and intimate, and the team are responsive, calm and attentive. The grounds and ponds are appreciated and the staff provide organised, helpful support.
